Recently, a group of BookMasters employees completed safety training at the Ashland fire department. The First Responders at BookMasters are employees on each shift who dedicate their time and efforts to help fellow employees in case of an injury. These are the people along with their Supervisor that an employee can go to immediately in the event of an injury. First Responders will assess the injury as needing first aid only or as one that needs further medical attention. They have also given their time to attend Safety training in CPR, blood borne pathogens, and first aid on an on going basis.
